No Guilt Pasta

Yes, I love pasta. Yes, I don’t eat much of it because I know how the starchy pasta turns to sugar that turns to belly fat. Just thinking about a HUGE bowl of pasta, with marinara sauce, three thick meatballs, and a smidgen of fresh grated parmesan cheese, makes me so hungry that I’m willing to settle on the chance for a little belly fat. ![]()
