Belly Fat Fighting Foods

One of my challenges as a wide-body is keeping my belly fat in check. It is so easy to put on the muscle, and as I age, it is SO easy to put on the fat, especially around the belly. Unfortunately, fat around the belly is the worst to store energy as it puts undo stress on the heart.
So, if you could eat foods that helped you fight belly fat, wouldn’t that be cool? What if some of those foods were pears, apples, tea, and chocolate? Not bad, huh?
