A New Runner's Resource

Something for the new runners…

I enjoy reading Runner’s World. For a guy like me who is serious about exercise and pushing his limits, yet realizes that he will never be winning any major races, Runner’s World fits the bill. There is a wealth of information and entertaining articles about running.

Case in point:

For you beginners or for those of you thinking about starting a running regiment, take a look at what Runner’s World has for you at: http://www.runnersworld.com/beginners It’s a nifty blog for beginners to pick up tips and ideas on training, fitness, nutrition, or any thing else you can think to ask.

Also, as I’ve posted before, if you are going to run, find an event and use that as a goal that will drive you to continue your exercise. Need a site to find an event? Check out http://www.runnersworld.com/racefinder
