I enjoy exercising when I vacation. A good run allows me to get out and see things I may not normally see. If I plan a trip around an event, like the Las Vegas Marathon, I get to see parts of Vegas that are off the tourist maps. See the town, see the country, and see how people live.

Bicycling Mag has put together a list of bicycling vacations in their "15 Trips We Love".

The list includes following Lance Armstrong along the route of the Tour de France, rides along the C&O canal, and sacred sites of Greece.
