High Calorie Fast Foods

We are coming up on a long holiday weekend. Most of you will be out an about, spending money and doing your part to keep the economy humming. Yeah!

You will probably stop some where convenient and grab a bite to eat. One of the beauties of living in this country is that we are surrounded by choices everyday, and that includes the choices of food. Which choices are good and which are bad are not always so easy to determine at first.

Our buddy, Wide-Body Dan, has sent yours truly a link to some incredibly bad fast food choices. Check out this link before you buy your next meal on the go. http://www.aolhealth.com/diet/basics/bad-fast-food
