Good Run Tonight!

Here is the latest in my training plans to run the Las Vegas Marathon on Dec 7th.

This week, the running schedule is:
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 5 miles
Wednesday: 10 miles
Thursday: 5 miles
Friday: rest
Saturday: 20 miles
Sunday: x-train

Yep, this is the pinacle week of training as the rest of the weeks begin to taper off from here.

Tonight's run (Tuesday) went pretty well, felt smooth and light. The last two weeks I've felt sort of groggy and heavy legged. Last saturday was a 14 mile run and it went well and I still had plenty of energy after the run, and tonight also felt good, so.....maybe I'm peaking at the right time (fingers crossed!)

A shout out to the rest of you wide-bodies in training.....if there is an event in your area, no matter the size, distance, or type (run, walk, swim, bike, tri) let the rest of us know. I WANT TO HERE FROM YOU.

I've been fooling around with an idea, so let know what you all think......TEAM WIDE-BODY.
