Eat this for breakfast, and lose weight!

This falls inline with another post I had about the effects of adding protein to your breakfast.

* A bagel and a shmear

OR

* Two scrambled eggs, unbuttered toast and jelly

Turns out that the egg is the better choice according to a study oublished in the International Journal of Obesity.

The protein in the eggs leave the eater feeling more satisfied that the carbs in the bagel, thus feeling fuller, thus less of a chance to crave a snack. Fewer cravings mean you that you will watch what you eat and consume fewer calories.

No more mid-morning binges. YEAH!!
