How much are you burning?

I wish Bicycling Magazine would put their "Burn Rate" articles online. They are short visual articles that make a great point about the calories we consume that there are better alternatives.

In the October issue, they note:

If your weekly ride is 1 hour and 15 minutes on a mountain bike, the 150lbs man will burn 720 caloires.

You can celebrate the completion of this ride by drinking:
(3) Mike's Hard Lemonades - 720 calories

OR

(5) New Belgium Brewings Skinny Dip Beers - 570 calories.
