Focus on your swim technique
I've been reading Inside Triathlon Magazine lately, and it's rather deep and serious magazine, focused on making the reader better triathlete, without any of the fluff. There is nothing light-n-breezy about the magazine, and I'm sure that appeals to a certain set of people who are very serious about their triathlon training. So, if you are one of those folks, check out the mag.
I have found some articles in this months edition that I want to post because the articles are really good for those of you who want some additional pointers on your technique. Unfortunately, Inside Tri website hasn't posted the articles yet, so I'll try again at the beginning of the month.
In the mean time, check out this article: Swim Technique: It's Never Too Late
Some really good tips here on the number of kicks per arm stroke (6!), the proper recovery stroke (drag your thumb from hips to armpits) and more. Good stuff that I'll need to incorporate into my swimming.
wide-body, health, fitness, lifestyle, food, everyday athletes, mesomorphs, calories, exercise, swimming, running, training, triathletes, triathlon
