I'm thinking I should start with a sprint triathlon (LOL!!! Me and sprinting...the thought is hilarious) the shorter distances 400-800 meter swim, 12-15 mile bike, 5k run, I could squeeze that out and maybe motivate me for something bigger.

1. Go short before going long
2. Stay close to home

4. Your bike is fine
5. You need running shoes
6. It doesn't take as much training as you might think.
